Senior Consultant – Balanced Scorecard Software Implementation

Job Description

Insightformation, Inc. is looking for a high energy, experienced Balanced Scorecard Consultant who wants to be a part of a dynamic company.  The senior consultant will work closely with clients to facilitate Balanced Scorecard automation implementation.  Typical implementation involves refining the Balanced Scorecard information utilizing the software's processes, templates, and tools followed by operational deployment of the software in client's environment with training and support.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate refinement of Balanced Scorecard information with client interaction
• Project management for implementation
• Provide product and process training for clients as required
• Manage project billing and tracking activities
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Requirements and Capabilities
• Strong facilitation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a client relationship management role
• Experience with Balanced Scorecard methodology, strategic planning experience would be a plus
• Project management experience within a software firm or consulting environment
• Familiarity and experience with managing software implementation
• Familiarity with Web-based technology and hosted deployment
