When one thinks of San Diego, visions of blue skies, beaches, and surfers come to mind. But like so many other communities throughout the United States, San Diego County was facing escalating challenges in chronic disease management and health care costs for its 3.2 million residents.

In response, San Diego County government, business, and community leaders formed Live Well San Diego, a regional effort to improve the health, safety, and well-being of its residents. They looked to us for technology and consulting solutions to ensure all partners operated under a coordinated, strategic effort.

Boy, did it pay off!

San Diego County (a key driver of Live Well San Diego) just received the "Achievement Award" from the National Association of Counties for its use of InsightVision to capture Collective Impact.
