Workshops
Bill created the TEAM approach for addressing large-scale health issues in communities. These workshops encourage communities to discuss, plan, and ultimately, implement strategies in their community. Based on the KaBOOM! program of building a playground in a day, the TEAM approach works on the idea that if several teams focus on one solution each, the combined efforts will bring impactful change.
